Vintage knit coat // Ann Sofie Back safety pin tee // Obey knit jeans // Steve Madden flats //Issey Miyake Pleats Please bag
This gigantic sweater/knit/cardigan/coat thing (I have no idea what to call it) has been sitting degenerately in my to-dry-clean bin for the last year and hasn't been worn until now. I'm telling you, this is rare for me. I usually tear into things right away and wear them until everyone around me gets sick of them or starts suspecting me of never washing my clothes. I wasn't sure about it's crazy size and the itch factor, but it's grown on me over the past year of sideways glancing at it in the corner of my closet. The tee, though, I put on the minute I opened the package. There's just something about Ann Sofie Back that does it for me...
I will never love LA, but it's starting to feel like home now. I can actually appreciate it when it's dark and empty like this. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a video game making my way through the city, dodging zombies and trying not to get killed - except in real life, it's dodging douchebags and trying not to get annoyed.

I just want to say how absolutely refreshing it is to see a fashion blogger in flats for a change. Seriously.
:]
I. WANT. YOUR. GIGANTIC. SWEATER. KNIT. CARDIGAN. COAT. THING. WHATEVER. YOU. CALL. THAT. It's like Pendleton x Opening Ceremony.
did you cut your hair more?
its always so nicely-wavy. i really like it.
That looks like Bottega Louie.
Tell me you didn't get portabello fries without me? Or did you even know I like those? No? Ok, nevermind then.
How could you let that sit??! It's a very cool coat. I think I've something similar to it at Nordstrom's in passing. Also I think it would go quite while with that Celine bag you posted earlier. Just sayin ;) Cool safety pin top.
That sweater is so badass.
I do that too..the whole 'promise to dry clean vintage finds that sit and stretch for months' I do it because I hate my dry cleaner only takes cash.
You missed my work building... by a building.
I read "vintage knit cat".
Feline or outerwear, it is cool.
I'm going to cop your t-shirt style and go find me a gigantic baby safety pin. (Y)
Girl you have a heatwave coming..you don't need that cozy sweater so send it to me! ;)
Where did you live before LA?
I like your blog for your sense of style, but I LOVE your blog for your sense of humor.
this is a great look and comfy, which is VERY important to me :) i love the long knit and the silhouette of the whole deal...
I'll trade you a pompom maker for that giant sweater of coziness. Where was home before L.A.?
hell yeah for ASB!! i'm thinkin of getting the giant pin pants from this colleciton..
Is that Bottega Louie in your fifth picture? I get take out from there all the time since I work out at the Los Angeles Athletic Club on the corner of 7th and Olive.
The cardigan is amazing!!! The crazy size actually looks awesome could be EVEN BIGGER. Hey, I thought you were from L.A! xo
Wow, the cardigan-thingy is awesome. The length is just what makes it so special. Seriously, I have a weak spot for unusual hem lengths. I'm hoping for more Back by Ann Sofie Back stuff to come out soon, the things alrdy available online aren't really doing it for me :(
I love your cool dippy-dye bleached do right now... I's very becoming on you!

totally know what you mean about downtown LA.
i always have the brilliant idea of taking a different route to my car (you know, to "explore"), then find myself on a deserted street littered with a few shady ass characters or drunk douchebags.
i watch too much SVU.
seriously awesome outfit.
