GOLD CLASS

Jan 28, 2011

Stine Goya sweater // GAP plaid flannel skirt // Opening Ceremony buckle wedges // Givenchy Pandora bag

Pixelman and I went on an uncharacteristically bourgeois date at the new Gold Class Cinema in Pasadena. I've been to a theater like this before in Thailand, where you have your own fancy squishy reclining couch and a table for food and drinks and even blanket service, but it didn't cost anywhere even near this place. Don't get me wrong, it is nice and way more luxurious than a regular theater, but really only worth it if you're actually going to take advantage of the food menu and eat-while-you-watch experience.
While we were waiting outside, I was practicing how to cross my eyes à la Pixelman. He does this thing where he only crosses one eye inward and the other stays forward. Qualities to cherish in your mate #eyeballautonomy

And thank you Espen for this sketch. (from this post)

I now feel the need to start scouring the internet for sweaters with big braids attached, yours is AWESOME and I love the shape of the sleeves too. Did you knot your skirt in the front? Looks great!

What movie did you end up watching?

I'm glad you went to that theater and let us know what it was like, because I was hesitant. I go to the movies A LOT, you might of already known this is you follow my tumblr, and I see of lot of them in Pasadena. Have you been to the janky $2 Academy Theater on Colorado?

Your Stine Goya jumper told me it wants to move to Austalia, you know, hang out a bit, go surfing, maybe move in with me for a while, hehe. I love this gettup ladylover, full throttle sickness. And pixel man and i share a crazy eye trick connection, i can actually make one eye stay still and the other one can do circles and go cross eyed, mmmm, must post this one and freak out the revellers, hehe. xx

Ahh high five to Espen! How come you two didn't eat what was on the menu? No bueno? I've wanted to try those sorts of theaters, but eh I'll stick with my living room couch.
