YUCK
We decided to do something extra domestic and go out for brunch last Sunday by the beach. I have no idea who we are anymore. It was so cold and windy that my ear piercings froze and made my ears feel like they were ripping off....or rather, made me want to rip them off they hurt so bad. This was not the sunny beach brunch we were hoping for. I almost got blown off the rocks.

lol! Sounds like erratic FL winters too. When I was a kid, my dad took us to the beach during a tropical depression, I had to hang onto the palm trees for dear life!! I wish I was joking, but I was blowing away!!!
Sunday brunch by the beach?! Heck yeaaah... welcome to the world of "seniors"! Next time you'd notice yourself shopping first thing in the morning too, you know, to avoid those obnoxious teens that gives you a massive headache and makes your wrist veins throb like there's no tomorrow aka carpal tunnel + deadly combo of arthritis ;)

This is also exactly why I can't stand the beach until the time of year when the beach is hopelessly crowded and then I can't stand the crowd at the beach. These are reasons why I never go to the beach.
but the photos are really cool, really dramatic, so it was worth it!

last time i was in london and i wanted to rip my ears and cheeks off from extreme cold . and i wanted to wear a hat but then i wanted to tie my hair at the same time coz of the static and i was just in complete dissonance . stupid wind .

Well at least the setting looks beautiful, and no matter how cold it is there, it's nothing compared to NYC, where we're still fighting to get out of winter :( . Love your coat too!

It was 59 degrees in Seattle last week & that's reason to leave your coats at home, put on your sandals, & roll down your windows here. We bitch that we always wants weather in the 80's but then we sweat balls & complain once we get it.
gah! The weather at school down here in nc is going crazy too--I don't like it when it gets too hot, but I wasn't prepared for the weather to go all bipolar on me and drop like 30 or 40 degrees...

gahhh. i miss springtime in california. springtime in glasgow is erratica. we experience all four seasons in a single day! and the rain!! it's an umbrella cemetary out there.
Girl please, you do not know nonsense weather until you have lived in Chicago! We have most definitely had snow in the middle of April. "spring in Chicago" is a dirty myth!
I live in LA what beach is that? It is gorgeous there.
