LYST x JEN KAO x SATINE

Apr 26, 2012

Sandro coat // COS dress // C√ČLINE bracelet // Burberry Prorsum boots // Jil Sander bag

Part of my once-in-a-blue-moon fashion extravaganza day, I also attended a Satine x Lyst x Jen Kao dinner. My first ever fashion dinner. Lots of firsts going on this day! It was made easier for an awkward introvert like me with (freshly platinum) Lulu and Geri there. Jen Kao was lovely in person and I was so glad I got to hang with one of my favorite funny email friends, Lucy, the buyer for Satine (and best redhead ever). All in all, an eventful day, but I'm glad they don't come around very often. This grandma was pooped.

Holy moly, you look amazing! That coat! Aargh! Seriously, you look totally fashion-event worthy. Though I'm with you, I'd probably poop out early, I do so love my couch in the evenings.

I am seriously loving your blog - the writing adds so much, and I love your slightly self-depreciating voice.

Socializing is Tir-ing, I empathize completely. At least you looked awesome while doing it.

I find it interesting that you're an 'introvert' w/ such unique and edgy style. Typically it seems people who dress as such crave attention (no problem w/ that - I empathize w/ that too), but I guess you're the exception.

Anyhow, superdyduperty glad I found this blog - always excited to love the writing as much as the photos.
