I sometimes feel a bit um, exposed, when wearing heels. Sort of like the shoe version of a strappy revealing dress? So I love the covered-upness of a mule. Was thinking about this one, but ever since I saw the above pair on Vanessa Traina, I can't imagine my life without smooth icy grey leather mules. Just the way it hugs the foot all the way up, as if in a previous life it were an ankle boot chopped off unexpectedly. I could wax poetic about it all day, but I'll have to wait til next Spring :(
