I've always been ghetto with luggage, using whatever hand-me-down suitcases or cheapo swap meet bags I could find. Now that I'm an adult *ahem* maybe I should step up my travel style. This HAERFEST bag makes me want to shirk all my responsibilities and take a trip somewhere. Even just an overnight one. HALP!

OVM LOVE

I had the pleasure of meeting up with my friend James Jean recently, who happens to be one of my favorite artists and an all around great guy. I went to view his new line, OVM. Inspired by his illustrations, each piece is hand crafted in Japan with the utmost attention paid to every detail. Details you hardly notice, but upon closer inspection reflect how meticulous James really is. Note the swan clasp.

THEYSKENS PREVIEW

I had the pleasure of attending a Theyskens' Theory Pre Fall and Fall 2012 preview last week. I don't go to very many fashion events, but I was curious to see this collection in person. The line seems to be heading in a more luxurious direction, especially the accessories. It's always exciting to see runway pieces first hand, but sadly some of them won't be going into production. The leather jumpsuit of my dreams wasn't there, but the silver leather blazer and pants more than made up for it.
